Furthermore, different materials with varying textures are thoughtfully selected according to their use locations, enhancing the spatial depth.   A diverse array of spaces featuring greys, light yellows, and the wooden texture of natural hues creates an exquisitely beautiful and fashionably elegant atmosphere. On November, 2023, we received an order about renovating a factory office, which covers 300㎡ + area. Now, on January, 2024, the project had finished. Let's see how did we played this magic show to make the office fresh. That was the original factory ceiling. As you see, the ceiling was moldy and yellowing which looks old and give you an uncomfortable feeling. Ok, now, let's start to play the show~ All the old panels were moved, and remake the base frame for installing ceiling panels. The installing workers were measuring the sizes and then cutting the panel to match with the wall for installing. Besides, there is one important point we should be care. That's we should consider  the position and sizes of light and AC, and then cut the panels leaving space for them. About the methods of installing panels, it is very easy. It needs clips, screws and structure glue. Not just for flat panels, fluted panels are the same way. Now, let's see the final effect of the renovation office. The owner's requirements: the husband and wife, parents, and children live regularly, and more space is needed; independent study rooms and more storage space are required; and the design can improve the basic and monotonous living conditions and link the functional areas Interaction, create more possibilities for life; at the same time look forward to a high-level visual enjoyment. Original floor plan 1.This project is located in Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, with a prime location and mature amenities. The residential environment is pleasant and livable. 2.The floor plan faces south, with three sides providing ample natural light. The buildings are spaced apart, offering an open view. 3.The entrance area has limited visual space and low utilization. The kitchen space is relatively small and enclosed. Remodeled floor plan 1.Utilizing the advantages of the location, environment, and orientation, three walls were removed to increase natural light, ventilation, and expand the view. 2.Breaking the original layout, the functional use was reconstructed: the original kitchen door was removed, and a new western-style kitchen was designed by moving the kitchen entrance. This not only enriches the functional area but also widens the entrance view. 3.The original master bedroom wall adjacent to the living room was removed and replaced with a shoe and hat area design. Additional storage space for the master bedroom wardrobe was added to optimize space utilization. 4.The study, dining room, and living room were redefined, and the design of glass doors was used to enhance connectivity and enrich the living scene. -Living Room- The moment you open the door, you will be surprised by the unobstructed dining room; spacious and bright, you can't help but give a compliment; it creates all kinds of possibilities for the happy family. The living room area uses monochromatic material contrast and the overall collocation of black, white and gray to create a space atmosphere; it is independent and unified. The natural texture of wood, cement paint, stone-grained wall panels and floor tiles collide with different visual feelings; different levels of geometric modeling blocks are deconstructed, reorganized, and treated like installations, creating different spatial facade shapes. In the afternoon sun, make a cup of coffee, lie lazily in the lounge chair, and enjoy this unique relaxation and happiness. Or if I am in a good mood, I take my favorite book and nourish my heart. In the transparent and atmospheric living room, the dolls can run and play freely on the carpet; the old people can watch the TV while taking care of the dolls' daily life; this exclusive family happiness is enviable. Today, I would like to show you one of our projects of samples for real estate. Bright but simple color tone can set you in that. Today, let me introduce a pure white color interior house design with WPC wall panel for your reference. As you see, simple color makes the space look more mild and fluted shape adds interests to the background. The sofa background is decorated with our model 160 fluted wall wall panel in MH-717, pure white. In term of tv background, the designer uses flat wall panel and decor line to create a simple and neat style.Model 600 with V seam collacates with model 15 decor line in pure white.
